  10.     Buy a Used Car; Sell or Trade; Short Course in Finance.  Also four
  11.     financial programs to help you keep the salesman honest.  They are
  12.     Hifi, an amortized loan lister; Intcalc, an interest rate calculator;
  13.     Mopay, a quick way to find the monthly payment; and Rule78, which
  14.     calculates the amount of interest to be rebated when an add-on type
  15.     loan is paid off early.  While the information in this program is aimed
  16.     at selling or trading your used car and buying another used car, much
  17.     of it is applicable to new cars or any other purchase which is
  18.     financed. The entire program can be run from the menu, or any part can
  19.     be used (i.e., text files displayed or exe files run) independently of
  20.     the menu.  This program is very easy to use and no learning time is
  21.     required.
